We want The True Crime Sessions to be a day anyone can attend. This page sets out what we currently provide and how to reach us if you need something we haven’t listed.

The venue

The venue is step-free with accessible seating, accessible toilets and hearing induction loops. We publish full access details when the venue is announced, at least four weeks before the event.

What we provide as standard

• Step-free access to the auditorium, foyer and toilets.
• Accessible seating positions with clear sight lines.
• Large-print programmes on request.
• Hearing induction loops.
• A quiet room for anyone who needs a break during the day.

On request

• British Sign Language interpretation.
• Live captioning.
• Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
• Companion tickets at no extra cost for attendees who need a carer.
