Ticket & Refund Terms
Sale of tickets
Tickets to The True Crime Sessions are sold and fulfilled by Eventbrite under Eventbrite’s own terms of service. Your ticket contract for the purchase is with Eventbrite; your contract for the event itself is with Mayne Event Media Ltd.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by us, or as required by law. We recognise that plans change; where possible we prefer transfers to refunds (see below).
Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person up to seven days before the event. Please email hello@truecrimesessions.co.uk with the new attendee’s name so we can update the door list.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Booking fees charged by Eventbrite may be refunded under Eventbrite’s policy.
Postponement
If we postpone the event to a new date, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund of the ticket price within thirty days of the postponement being announced.
Programme changes
Speakers, session titles, running order and the venue may change. Refunds are not offered for changes to the programme, provided the event goes ahead in substantially the form advertised.
Admission
The event is for adults (18+). We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask an attendee to leave in the case of behaviour that threatens the safety or wellbeing of others.
